Prenatal exercise classes are a wonderful way to get in shape and be fit for labor, as well as a chance to meet other pregnant women. We offer prenatal yoga classes and prenatal aquatic exercise classes.

Yoga offers helpful approaches to labor and birth and practical ways to relieve common aches and pains. The buoyancy of water in the aquatics class lowers stress on the joints and reduces swelling.
