Midwife-led team

Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) provide regular gynecological services, monitor pregnancies, attend labor, and deliver babies. CNM’s approach to pregnancy care emphasizes your choices and minimizes medical interventions without sacrificing the latest medical care. Enhancing the normal process of pregnancy and birth through education, health care, and supportive intervention, CNMs view you as a partner who actively participates in your health care.

Our CNMs also work in close collaboration with our Obstetrician & Gynecologists (OB/GYNs) for higher-risk pregnancies. All of these providers meet Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health system’s rigorous standards.

Prenatal Supports

Our team also offers you a rich web of prenatal support. You can choose one-on-one appointments with your provider, but most opt for our group-based prenatal care once they try it.
