A ChiRunning® Workshop, a technique to run easier and injury-free, will be offered at Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene (CMC/DHK) on Saturday, April 4. Prior to the half-day Workshop, Vince Vaccaro, a master ChiRunning® and ChiWalking® coach, will provide a talk on “Running a 5K” at 9 a.m. followed by the ChiRunning Workshop from 10:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Both the talk and the Workshop will be held at CMC/DHK’s North Conference Rooms 1 and 2.

The Workshop will focus on learning the basic components of the ChiRunning® technique with the goal that participants will be able to apply the technique in personal running programs. The Workshop will feature demonstrations, fun exercises and technique drills.
