Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene (CMC/DHK) is pleased to welcome Payson Ayer-Dufner, Physician Assistant, to our Orthopaedics Department.

Mr. Ayer-Dufner completed a Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science University in Boston, Massachusetts.  He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont. He has had clinical experience at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA, Northboro Pediatrics in Northboro, MA, Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, VT and Newton Wellesley Hospital in Newton, MA. He is an avid soccer player and snowboarder.

Orthopaedics is the broad-based medical and surgical specialty dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system. The Orthopaedic Surgery Department at the Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene cares for patients of all ages and offers comprehensive care and treatment options for existing conditions, sports injuries and accidents.
