Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene (CMC/DHK) is pleased to welcome Rachel Croteau, DO to our Department of Family Medicine. Dr. Croteau has been working in the Monadnock region as a Family Medicine Physician for over ten years.

Dr. Croteau is board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine.  She completed her Residency in Family Medicine at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, PA where she served as chief resident.  Dr. Croteau holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA.

As a family physician, Dr. Croteau provides primary care to individuals of all ages, with an emphasis on preventive medicine and comprehensive patient care.  Given her osteopathic medicine training, Dr. Croteau highly values a holistic approach to healthcare.  Recognizing that all components of health affect one’s overall well-being, Dr. Croteau focuses on integrating her patients’ care to promote and support health and healing.  Dr. Croteau guides patients to maintain wellness by focusing on preventive treatments, and helps those with chronic conditions understand and manage their illnesses to reduce symptoms.
