Dr Carrie Cocklin

CMC/DHK is pleased to welcome Carrie Cocklin, MD to our Pathology Department. Dr. Cocklin most recently worked at Indiana University Health in Bedford, IN and Summit Urology in Bloomington, IN. As a pathologist, Dr. Cocklin specializes in the diagnosis and management of disease by laboratory methods, integrating clinical information with physiological, biochemical and molecular laboratory studies, together with observations of tissue specimens. She collaborates with lab technicians, phlebotomists and providers, particularly surgeons and oncologists, to effectively manage patient care in diagnosing diseases.

Dr. Cocklin is AP/CP Board Certified in Pathology by The American Board of Pathology and is a member of the College of American Pathologists, American Society of Clinical Pathology, and American Medical Association. She served as Co-Chief Resident in Pathology and completed her Doctor of Medicine degree at Indiana University School of Medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Davidson College in Davidson, NC.
