Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene (CMC/DHK) announces the expansion of roles for two members of our senior management team, in continued efforts to position our regional healthcare facility for success during this period of significant healthcare industry change.

We are pleased to announce that Yvonne Goldsberry, PhD, has taken the position of Vice-President of Population Health and Clinical Integration. The purpose of this position is to forward our mission and vision by directing and implementing the Population Health approach to patient care with a focus on prevention and wellness. Coordinating clinical areas with community health programs will enable Keene and Cheshire County to become the "healthiest community" and create a successful Accountable Care Organization by delivering value-based care. In addition to Ms. Goldsberry’s current responsibilities in the Department of Community Health, she will be responsible for the Department of Quality Improvement and the Pharmacy.

Paul A. Pezone, Sr., CHFM, has accepted additional responsibilities as Vice President of Clinical and Support Services, adding oversight of the Departments of Radiology and Laboratory Services to his existing leadership of Facilities, Dietary and Environmental Services including management of bio-medical, engineering/maintenance, power plant, real estate,  security and transportation departments. Mr. Pezone brings his outstanding organizational and leadership skill set to transition these services to the value-based Accountable Care model.
