Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene Welcomes Sarah Taylor-Black, MD to the Department of Allergy/Immunology. As an Allergist/Immunologist, Dr. Taylor-Black cares for patients of all ages with a variety of medical conditions related to chronic or unusual infections or allergic reactions to foods, medicines, insect stings and other sources. These infections or allergies range from mild to severe and can include:  asthma, hay fever, hives or swelling, eczema, or in severe cases anaphylactic shock, a serious and potentially life-threatening allergic response.

Dr. Taylor-Black is Board Certified in Internal Medicine by The American Board of Internal Medicine. She completed a Fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at The Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York, NY and her Residency in Internal Medicine at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia, NY. Dr. Taylor-Black earned her Doctorate of Medicine at Brown University School of Medicine, Providence, RI after completing the Dartmouth/Brown Medical School Program. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors with a double major in Biology and Spanish from Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH.

As a specialist at Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene, Dr. Taylor-Black works with other medical practitioners and staff members, providing care in a Medical Home Team, helping patients become active participants in their health and well-being. The Medical Home Team integrates all aspects of a person's preventive, acute, and chronic care, offering patients comfort, convenience, and optimal health throughout their lifetimes.
