“This program (5-2-1-0 Healthiest Schools Program) is really working! We use the poster everyday! The kids are really changing their snack choices! The initiatives from the Let’s Move initiative by Mrs. Obama’s fruit plan also help.” - Champion, Helen Mercer
“I just wanted you to know I have officially hit my goal and lost a total of 110 lbs! Now I will be on maintenance for the next 6 weeks. After, I will be a lifetime member of Weight Watchers. I know a lot of you have been cheering me on so I thought you'd want to know. Thanks for your support along my journey!” - Champion, Diane Croteau
“Thanks for a great event this morning! It was fantastic and VERY well planned! Nice job! Yahoo!”
- Champion, Jess Lober about the Breakfast with Champions event on March 6th
“We are going to be starting a new pilot project with the MFS In Shape program and Dartmouth research team adding peer support to In Shape to see if it will help with sustainability for the program. It has been interesting being a part of this project. Research is interesting, but also can be frustrating as it is constantly changing and evolving! I just filled out my employee survey for Heal NH yesterday so I am glad to see that that is in process! Yay!!! I hope we will be able to make some good changes here at MFS because of the results!” – Champion, Jen Ireland
