Post-Op Reference Exercises

As part of our comprehensive approach to treating our patients, we provide the following reference exercises to aid in the post-operative recovery period. These guides provide instruction and photos demonstrating ways to reach your range of motion goals.

In addition to your follow-up rehabilitative care, these exercises, in addition to swelling and inflammation control, are the primary focus for the first 2-3 weeks after surgery. As always, please seek the advice of your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.
