Annual Sports Medicine 5K Run/Walk
The annual Sports Medicine 5K Run/Walk is “a fun day for families to come out, get some exercise, and raise money to support our program,” said Sports Medicine Manager, Tate Erickson, MS, NHLAT, ATC. “We usually see a turnout of 300-400 people of all ages.”
People of all skill levels are invited to participate, ranging from children to walkers and elite runners. Check in takes place at the West Entrance at Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene, 580-90 Court Street, Keene, NH.
Top male and female runners receive monetary rewards for first and second place, commemorative awards go to top 3 running teams, top male and female runner by age category, and top 3 walkers. All Kids’ Fun Run finishers receive a ribbon.
Entry fees are due for all entering the walk/run. There is no entry fee for the Kids’ Fun Run.
