As with any new activity, please check with your doctor if you have any medical issues or if you take regular medications that may affect or be affected by your increase in activity. They will be glad to know you are pursuing some fitness goals and will also be encouraging. Be sure to read the Walking and Running Programs carefully and have fun!

The mobile app uses the built-in GPS technology of your phone to track your outdoor fitness activities and helps you achieve your health and fitness goals. The app will mark out your route along an interactive map and record essential metrics including duration, distance, pace, speed and elevation. Once you finish your workout, save your data and it automatically uploads to your account where you can view your route, workout data, and a comprehensive workout history.
