The Farnum Outpatient Center provides services for adults and children with physical and/or developmental disabilities causing functional limitations including mobility, self-care, communication and swallowing deficits.
All programs are directed by your physician. The team of professionals working with you may include a physiatrist, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, social worker, psychologist, vocational rehabilitation counselor, dietitian and/or nurse.
Farnum Outpatient Center offers specialty services for Industrial Rehabilitation, Hand Therapy, Orthotics and Prosthetics, wheelchair and seating equipment, electromyography and nerve conduction studies, including nerve blocks.
Hours of operation for the Outpatient Center are Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
