Terms & Payment Options

Bill Statements are mailed once every four weeks. Payment in full is expected prior to the Payment Due By date located on the front of the statement. Dartmouth Hitchcock provides many payment options.

In addition to cash or personal check, Dartmouth Hitchcock accepts MasterCard,Visa, Discover and American Express by phone, by mail, and by myD-H.

If paying with your credit card by telephone

Please call 1-844-808-0730. One of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you during the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

If paying with your credit card by mail

For services prior to November 4th, 2017

please complete the information on the front of your statement stub and mail to:

To pay online with myD-H

please visit the myD-H patient portal. You will be able to pay your bill online. The invoices are not viewable online, you must have your invoice with you so that you can enter your  guarantor or record number and the amount you are going to pay.

Your Payment will be applied to your account within a 48-hour period from the time we receive your payment. Also, unless otherwise specified, your payment will be applied to the oldest outstanding charges on the account rather than against a current charge.
