Security Services

The Security staff at the Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene is dedicated to providing the best possible service to our customers, with special concern and care for our patients. In an effort to ensure that our services address the needs of patients and visitors while on our campus, we exercise the following measures:

  • Consistently respond to requests for service in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner.
  • Welcome feedback and continuously monitor and improve our performance in accordance with the needs of our customers.
  • Commit to anticipating needs and search for solutions, even for requests outside of our responsibilities.
  • Support the organizational vision and values by being knowledgeable and communicative in the safe use of the facility and grounds; to alleviate the threat of personal injury or loss to all users and to protect the physical assets of the entire campus.

The Security Department exists to provide a safe and secure environment for our visitors, patients, employees and students. We are available to help anytime, 24/7, and provide a number of services free of charge.
