High School Sports Physicals - July |

 Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth Hitchcock Keene Pediatric Providers and The Sports Medicine Center will be offering High School Sports Physicals during the month of July on the dates below. Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine patients are eligible to receive these physicals. Please wear comfortable clothes, such as shorts and tee-shirts.
