Signing Up is Easy!
On the Patient Online home page, choose "Sign Up Now!" on the right hand side to complete two short forms, selecting your Dartmouth-Hitchcock location and entering in your registration information. Your request will be sent to our Medical Records department to confirm you are a registered patient and a new account will be created for you upon this approval. Check your mailbox within 2-5 business days and you will find a letter with your login information and one-time password. Simply use this information to login and designate your own, new password to ensure confidentiality. You are then able to begin using Patient Online.
Please note that Patient Online communications are limited to non-emergency interactions with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene physicians, physician services and billing.
