Traveling East from Vermont (I-91)
Via Route 9E
Take Exit 3 off Rte I-91 to Rte 9 east. After the exit go to the opposite side of the rotary and travel approximately 15 miles on Rte 9 toward Keene. At the second stop light take a left onto Rtes 10 and 12. Proceed beyond the overpass until you see the "H" at Maple Avenue on your right. Take a right onto Maple Avenue and proceed to the Court St intersection. Turn right at this traffic light. The medical campus is approximately 1.5 miles down Court St on your right.

Traveling North from Massachusetts
Via Route 12
Take Rte 12 north from Rtes 140 and 2. In Keene Rte 12 becomes Main St. Proceed along Main St to the traffic circle in front of the church. Court St is the first right after the church. Look for the "H" and exit onto Court St. Proceed for approximately 1.5 miles. The medical campus is on your left.

Via Route 10
When you approach the Keene rotary of Rtes 101, 12 and 10, take the third exit and proceed for 1/2 mile to the next traffic light. Take a right at this intersection. Proceed over the overpass and beyond until you come to the "H" at Maple Ave. Turn right onto Maple Ave and go to the traffic light at the Court St intersection. Turn right at this light and proceed down Court St for approximately 1.5 miles. The medical campus is on your right.

Traveling West from Boston
Go north on Rte 128 (I-95) to Rte 2 west. Follow Rte 2W to Rte 140 North. Take Rte 140 North to Rte 12 and follow 12 to Keene. At the first traffic light, Rte 12 intersects with Rte 101. Go directly through this intersection and follow Main St to the traffic circle in front of the church. Court St is the first right after the church. Look for the "H" and exit onto Court St. Proceed for approximately 1.5 miles. The medical campus is on your left.

Traveling West from Manchester/Nashua
Take Rte 101 West from Nashua/Bedford. At the second set of traffic lights in Keene take a right onto Main St. Follow Main St up to the traffic circle in front of the church. Court St is the first right after the church. Look for the "H" and exit onto Court St. Proceed for approximately 1.5 miles. The medical campus is on your left.

Traveling South from Vermont/Hanover, NH
Take I-91 South to exit 5. Coming off the exit ramp turn left. After 1/4 mile, turn right onto Rte 5 and go for one mile. Follow the signs to Rte 123. Exit left and go under the railway bridge and over the river bridge. At the dead end, turn right onto Rte 12. Follow Rte 12 approximately 14 miles to Keene. Look for the Maple Ave exit on your right. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Maple Ave and follow to the first traffic signal at the Court St intersection. Take a right onto Court Stand go approximately 1.5 miles. The medical campus is on your right.

Traveling West from Concord, NH
Take Rte 9 West from Concord to Rte 12 North. On Rte 12 look for the "H" at Maple Ave and turn right. Take this to the first traffic light, the Court St intersection. Turn right. The medical campus is on your right approximately 1.5 miles down Court St.
