BARIATRIC SUPPORT GROUP

BRAIN INJURY SUPPORT GROUP
> 4th Tuesday of every month, 6-7:30 p.m.

CANCER TELEPHONE EDUCATIONAL, PROBLEM-SOLVING & SUPPORT GROUP

CHESHIRE “BETTER BREATHERS” SUPPORT GROUP

TALKIN’ DIABETES
> 2nd Thursday of the month (except July and August)
6:30-7:30 p.m.
Informal monthly discussion group regarding
diabetes self-care. Group is facilitated by a certified diabetes educator or other qualified individuals. Updates on diabetes care regularly shared at meetings.
