Pears in orange sauce

Number of servings: 4

4 small pears
¾ cup orange juice
4 teaspoons sugar

1. Peel the pears and steam in a double boiler for 15 minutes.
2. Mix sugar and orange juice, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
3. Place steamed pears on individual plates. Pour ¼ juice mixture over each, and serve.
