Cardiac Rehabilitation—Phase II
Physician referral needed. Fees may apply.
The Cardiac Rehabilitation Center offers a medically prescribed and supervised exercise and education program. This program is designed for both men and women with heart disease. It provides a comprehensive approach to a safe and effective return to exercise and activities of daily living. It includes education and lifestyle change in a group setting to help reduce the risk of future heart problems. For more information, call (603) 354-6565.

Dancing With Parkinson's
This dance class will explore movement and music in ways that are stimulating, creative and empowering for each participant. Dancing with Parkinson’s classes will increase coordination, flexibility, and balance. Experience the release of tension as you move to music sitting or standing. Explore movement in a safe and comfortable environment. The class is structure from the Mark Morris Dance Group’s Dance for PD classes, from whom the instructor received training. Classes are designed for people with Parkinson’s disease, however are open to all members of the community. No previous dance experience necessary. Diabetes Self-Management Education Series:
A Four Part Class Series

Learn more about diabetes—each session covers different aspects of diabetes self-care. During the 4-part series, you will get practical self-care tips in each session and support/suggestions from others with diabetes. Spouses and significant others are encouraged to attend! Tuesday Mornings in April, June, September and November, 9:00-11:00 a.m.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation
Physician referral needed. Fees may apply.
The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program is designed for patients with Chronic Respiratory Disease (COPD, Emphysema, Chronic Bronchitis, Pulmonary Fibrosis and other conditions). The program combines therapeutic exercise, functional activities and education into a comprehensive 8-week program. The goal is to help the patient understand and cope with the disease and function more comfortably and independently at home. After completion of the 8-week program, a maintenance program is offered to all graduates.
