The traditional "Emergency Room," Emergency Care is prepared to handle anything that comes through the door 24/7.

Opened in new quarters in 2005, there are fourteen "emergency" bays, including two specially equipped "trauma" rooms designed for multiple providers to resuscitate a patient simultaneously. Our digital X-ray suite provides rapid, state of the art x-ray capability and our coordination with Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC), Lebanon, with air transport via DHART helicopter, allows optimum management of patients with acute myocardial infarctions (heart attacks) and those in need of neuro and vascular surgery.
