View the current allergy shot schedules below. As of November 1st 2012 scheduled appointments are required. First appointment time of the day is 8:00, last appointment offered is at 3:45. Walk-in service is available from 11:45 through 12:45 only. Subject to change without notice. Please contact the office with any questions.

Attention shot patients: you can now scan in using your identification card. Look for the scanner and check the monitor screen at the reception desk as you arrive. Information about your appointment will be displayed briefly. If you have not been given an identification card, please let the nurse know and one will be made up for you.
