Patient & Family Advisory Council

The Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) seeks to enhance the delivery of healthcare to patients, families, and the community. The council seeks the patient and family perspective to promote a culture of patient and family centered care, and provide an avenue for the voice of the patient. The council does this by providing a mechanism for the community to work in partnership with hospital staff to promote safety, high quality care and positive patient and family experiences.
