Dr. Mark Horton Joins Pain Center at CMC/DHK

Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene (CMC/DHK) is pleased to welcome Mark Horton, MD to our Pain Center. The Pain Management Centerat the Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene is helping people find relief and feel better.  The Pain Center facility is designed to focus on the complex science of diagnosing and treating the comprehensive needs of pain sufferers.

Dr. Horton recently completed a Chronic and Interventional Pain Fellowship at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan where he also completed his Anesthesiology Residency.  Dr. Horton holds a Medical Doctorate from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in Burlington, Vermont and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Science from Cornell University, College of Human Ecology in Ithaca, New York. Dr. Horton is a member of the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine and the American Society of Anesthesiologists.  His clinical interests include the treatment of acute and chronic spine pain, ultrasound guidance for pain interventions, and transnasal approaches to treatment of head and facial pain.

Dr. Mark Horton and the Pain Center team provide comprehensive care for patients to adequately control pain and discomfort and to achieve the highest level of function and optimal quality of life. Treatment options can include many approaches, such as physical therapy and electrical stimulation, dietary counseling, injections and stimulators, nerve blocks, medications and more.
