Cheshire Medical Center Announces New Officers and Board Members

Cheshire Medical Center/Cheshire Health Foundation welcomes two new members to its Board of Trustees, Nathalie Houder and Michael Kapiloff. The Medical Center is also pleased to announce new officers appointed to leadership positions for the Board of Trustees: Sylvia McBeth as Chair, and Gregg Tewksbury, Vice Chair.
Nathalie Houder, CPA, MBA, is Vice President, Finance and Strategic Sourcing for C&S Wholesale Grocers. Since joining C&S in 2000, Nathalie has managed strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and treasury functions of the organization. Prior to working at C&S, Nathalie worked in public accounting and banking. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Treasury Professional, and a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Maryland Association of CPAs, and the Association for Financial Professionals. Nathalie attended the University of Delaware and earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting (with a minor in German studies) and her Masters in Business Administration with a Finance concentration. Nathalie has previous non-profit experience as Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Sophia’s Hearth and of Child First, both early childhood education organizations in Keene.
Michael Kapiloff has been in the insurance industry for 30 plus years, primarily as a business owner/agent of Kapiloff Insurance Agency in Keene. The Kapiloff Insurance Agency was founded by his parents, Edward and Charlotte Kapiloff, in 1968 and purchased by Michael in 1997. He is an independent agent of Property & Casualty, and Life & Health insurance, with the following credentials: Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Life Underwriter, and Chartered Financial Consultant. Michael has dedicated over twenty years of service to the Congregation Ahavas Achim community as President, Treasurer and Trustee. He graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor degree in Finance and Insurance, Summa Cum Laude.
The Board of Trustees is comprised of twenty members and oversees the 169-bed nonprofit hospital, Cheshire Medical Center, as well as the Cheshire Health Foundation.
Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene’s Keene Health Alliance also announces the appointment of new officers: Gregg Tewksbury, Chair; Leslie Pitts, MD, Vice Chair; Mary Louise Caffrey, Secretary; and Timothy Fisher, MD, Treasurer.
