Mastering Mobility with Scoliosis - Class begins Oct 29

Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene's Farnum Rehabilitation and Keene Fusion Studios are offering an innovative 6-week program of personalized exercises and education specifically designed for those with scoliosis aged 50 and over. Participants will learn how to stretch and exercise safely and effectively for their unique presentation of scoliosis.
Physician clearance and physical therapy screening are required prior to enrolling into Keene Fusion Studio classes which begin the week of October 29 at 9 Elm Street in Keene, NH. Flexible class times are available, including: Tuesdays at 11 am, Wednesdays at 4 pm and Fridays at 5:30 pm. The 6-week series costs $30 and is underwritten in part by the Hoffman Family Foundation.
