Free Community Health Class - Mastering Mobility with Scoliosis

An education program specifically designed for those with scoliosis aged 50 and over.
Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene is offering a free community education session on Wednesday, September 5 at 6 pm in the Board Room at the hospital for those with scoliosis aged 50 or over. Conducted by Jim Hall, Lead Spinal Therapist at Farnum Rehabilitation Center, this program will provide information about understanding unique presentations of scoliosis and how to remain flexible through aging. Information about the "Mastering Mobility with Scoliosis", a 6-week innovative program of personalized exercises and education beginning the week of October 8 at Keene Fusion Studios will also be provided.
