The Harley Owner's Group is a national organization with a million members from all over the Unites States "Every third Saturday in July we have a poker run to support a local Monadnock charity," said Peter Morin, Director of the local chapter. "Bikers are very generous and we have fun riding, but if we can help someone along the way, then thats even better. All of us have been touched by cancer."
There are usually over 100 riders from New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts who take part in this annual ride. Open to all motorcyclists, this event welcomes both men and women riders who are passionate about supporting a cause.
"We have a lot of fun and get people involved" Morin said. "We hope to raise as much money has we can and have fun doing so."
Donations are generously welcomed at the event or at the shop beforehand. For more information contact the Monadnock Harley Davidson at (603) 352-1472.
