Her dedication to the department is evident in how readily she crosses between her two roles as a Tech and a Health Unit Coordinator to meet the needs of patients and families. Every day and in every situation, Kristin models kindness, compassion and responsiveness. In the midst of our busiest and most chaotic times, Kristin has a smile on her face, a calm attitude, and is quick to say, "What can I do for you?" She is equally kind and considerate to patients, visitors and staff. Kristin is proactive and dedicated to doing the right thing at all times, is a pleasure to work with and makes a real difference in the success of the department.

She is extremely intelligent, kind in discussion and compassionate with listening. Joan takes immense pride in the role she maintains with excellence in the office and patients often praise her for going above and beyond to help them.
