Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene is a non-profit community hospital and clinic with a mission to lead our community to become the nation's healthiest through our clinical and service excellence, collaboration, and compassion for every patient, every time.

Founded by CMC/DHK, Healthy Monadnock 2020 is a community-wide health initiative designed to actively engage the citizens of Cheshire County in the process of becoming the nation's healthiest community by 2020.

A Sense of Place
We are located in Keene, NH a city of approximately 22,000 residents in the beautiful southwest corner of New Hampshire. Keene is conveniently located between Boston, MA and Hartford, CT. (110 miles to each city). It is in the heart of some of New England's finest recreational and historical areas and home to Keene State College and Antioch University New England.

Joint Partnership
Cheshire Medical Center and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene are two separate organizations working in partnership for the health of our community, combining expertise, technology, and programs to provide the best possible care for our patients.
