Dr. Joshua Toll Joins the Family Medicine Dept in the Walpole Office of CMC/DHK

Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene (CMC/DHK) is pleased to welcome Joshua Toll, MD to its Family Medicine Department in the Walpole Office. Prior to joining CMC/DHK, Dr. Toll worked at York Hospital’s Greater Works Family Practice in South Berwick, Maine where he practiced full spectrum Family Medicine in both out-patient and in-patient clinical settings. He is board certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Toll holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, Health and Society from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.  He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, New York. 

At CMC/DHK, each Family Medicine patient is assigned to a primary care provider who leads the team in caring for him or her. This provider can be a physician or a nurse practitioner.  In CMC/DHK’s Medical Home team-based care model, several highly specialized providers and healthcare professionals work together to provide the right level of care for each patient. As a family physician, Dr. Toll provides primary care to individuals of all ages, with an emphasis on preventive medicine and comprehensive patient care.
